Lutissa Parker, DNP, MPH, WHNP-BC
Lutissa Parker, DNP, MPH, WHNP-BC has worked in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility since 2004 and works closely in collaboration with Dr. Carolyn Kaplan in all aspects of evaluation and management of patient care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and returned to complete a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. While in the public health program, she developed a strong desire to not only learn more about diseases that impact women, but also play a more active role in assisting women in finding better ways to improve their health outcomes. She returned to UAB for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999 and continued her education with a Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University becoming board-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2004. She is committed to providing high-quality care to individuals and families struggling with infertility and other reproductive endocrinology diagnoses. Her continuous thirst for knowledge and desire to optimize patient care in the reproductive endocrinology and infertility population prompted her to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Georgia State University in 2019. She is very passionate and devoted to finding better ways to assist all patients in achieving their dreams of parenthood and managing the physical, emotional, and financial aspects of treatment. She maintains board certification through the National Certification Corporation and the Georgia Board of Nursing and has also completed the Nurse Certificate Course in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility offered by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Lutissa was born in a small rural town in North Alabama, is married, has three daughters, two dogs, and enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Courtney Blue, NP
Courtney is a native of the Lowcountry of Charleston, South Carolina and has been a resident of the Atlanta area for the past 4 years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Charleston Southern University. Courtney began her nursing career on a cardiac step down unit at Novant Health in Charlotte, North Carolina where she cultivated her skills in caring for pre and post open heart surgery patients. She then decided to further her career and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. As Courtney progressed through her career she became passionate about women’s health and wanted to give back to her community by connecting with women throughout their lifespan to educate and provide health care. Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her friends and family and traveling
